The Office of the Special Prosecutor has triggered an Interpol Red Notice for the arrest and subsequent extradition of Ghana’s Former Finance Minister, Kenneth Ofori Atta, over his failure to honor an invitation for interrogation into cases including payments for the infamous National Cathedral among others.
